3 Mindfulness Take A Ways
Its the weekend and I know there is thousand things to do but today lets just be calm and still,at least for 4hrs.
1. Take 4hrs for yourself.
Rest,Read ,Walk,etc.. Meditate on positive thoughts and insights on your life. Just do this for 4hrs.Its your “Me Time Today”.
2. Eat something that you enjoy, now don’t hurt yourself and end up in the hospital. Just indulge on that extra cupcake or treat your self to a plate of enchiladas and extra sour cream ,whatever floats your boat.
3. Just take 30 minutes to be calm and still. Just 30 minutes ,let your mind rome,you will be surprised at how much more relaxed you will become.
