Do you want beautiful skin this Summer? If You said yes then here are some of my tips to help you achieve your look.

Tip #1 Drink Water

Drink more water. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day will help rid your body and skin of toxins. Many people who do this often report that by increasing their water intake, their skin has a more radiant glow.

Tip #2 Pick A Good Moisturizer

Moisturizers

Moisturizers or emollients are complex mixtures of chemical agents that are sold in department stores or online.

They are often occlusive products that are designed to help the skin hold water. Moisturizer in the skin after application and before sometimes is really helpful depending upon your skin type.

A good moisturizer will have a humectant to attract moisture and emollients that will help smooth the skin and it will be beneficial to your skins external layers. Having a great moisturizer will help keep and make your skin softer and more pliable for the summer weather.

Hair, skin, and nail supplements commonly contain antioxidants such as vitamins A, C, and E, or Coenzyme Q10, as well as biotin, a B-complex vitamin. The minerals manganese and selenium are often found in supplements marketed for healthy hair, along with fatty acids such as fish oil and flaxseed oil are some that are commonly used in the market.

There are several types of vitamins that will help assist in improving your skin. But before you use any vitamins consult with a medical professional, because some people can be allergic to certain vitamins and some people need a vitamin specifically for their body and health needs.

One vitamin I choose to use is Biotin – And Here is why

Biotin encourages the production of protein cells, paving the way for nail growth, and it promotes hair growth and promotes healthier skin by protecting it from dryness and flaking. B vitamins are a major ingredient in leading vitamins because they act as an antioxidant. I use Biotin from Pipping Rock because its good at helping my skin remove bacteria and at times it helps to clear up my acne.

You don’t have to use the brand that I use, but I do recommend you research all vitamin use and do consult with a medical or skin professional.

VITAMIN E

Vitamin E can often be found in foods like Spinach and Nuts, but if you can’t eat nuts due to allergens ask your doctor is it safe for you to take vitamins.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant powerhouse and works as a shield against free radicals, which damage the skin. “It hydrates the free radicals we encounter in our environments like pollutions, smog and environmental chemicals and harsh UV rays from lights and the sun. These harsh elements we encounter on a daily basis will help speed up the breakdown of collagen in our skin.

Vitamin A is a great supplement to use. Vitamin A can be effective in preventing and even camouflaging fine lines and wrinkles, If you use vitamin A oil or creams some people have reported that it can sometimes be a little rough on the skin, the external use of this vitamin has been known by some to have caused skin to have redness and peeling, especially when you first use it. Using Vitamin D supplements to enhance your radiance, and lessen lines and the appearance of dark spots is great. We want radiance this summer and not dark dry skin.
