My favorite shoes were these beautiful clear shoes with a hint of rainbow hues in them when they were worn in the sun. I found them in Houston,Texas back in 1997. They took me for an exciting adventure, because I wore them to a ProScout modeling and talent audition. From there they became my favorite on stage,and runway shoes. I love the way they fit and highlighted my legs. Those shoes traveled with me to Dallas and Austin for pageant, and modeling work.

This November try some harvest cake
Ingredients
Cake
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups grated apples, peeled
1/2 to 1 cup nuts
Frosting
1 (8-oz.) package of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a 9” x 13” pan or two 8” round cake pans.
To prepare the cake, beat the eggs and oil until foamy. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt and mix until well combined. It will be very thick and more like dough. Don’t worry, it loosens up once you add the apples. Gently stir in the grated apples and the nuts.
Pour the batter into a lightly greased and floured pan and bake for 45–60 minutes. (Check regularly while baking to make sure the top doesn’t overcook.) Bake until golden in color and cooked all the way through. A knife should come clean when tested in the center. Allow the cake to cool completely.
While the cake is cooling, prepare the frosting by adding the cream cheese and butter to a bowl. Cream together by hand or by using a stand mixer. Add in the vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well. Frost the cake when it’s completely cool.

Autumn Season Drink Recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
a good pinch ground cloves
½ whole grated nutmeg
2l apple juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
dark rum (optional)
STEP 1
Put the cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, apple juice and vanilla extract in a large saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
STEP 2
When the apple juice has warmed through, add the vanilla ice cream and whisk vigorously with a balloon whisk until melted and combined with the hot apple juice – the ice cream should make a frothy top on the juice.
STEP 3
Pour a splash of dark rum into the bottom of the adults’ cups and top up with the hot punch. Garnish with Apple crisps.

It’s February and this month I will be doing tv and movie couples ,and celebrity couples. So starting today I will show you a favorite couple of mine ,and it is Jon Snow and Ygritte from the Game of Thrones.
Ygritte is a wildling living far ,far north of the wall. She is excellent with a bow and arrow,and has a sharp witty tounge ,and a fierce attitude to match. Ygritte appears in the A Song of Ice and Fire book series and is played by Rose Leslie on the HBO show “Game of Thrones.”
Ygritte falls in love with Jon Snow when he is posing as a member of the Free Folk. She later shoots him with arrows after she learns that he is still loyal to the Night’s Watch.

Happy New Year to everyone it’s finally 2024 and let’s hit these city streets with a purpose. Life is short live for today and prepare for whatever tomorrow might bring you. Keep God first in your life and everything else will fall into place. Reflection of your soul is the key to success and survival. Reflect back on the positive and negative of 2023 only for 7 days take each 7 days to ask yourself what did I do right or great in 2023 and carry that with you in 2024 but only as a tool to do it even better for 2024. Make a goal list and try to knock it out . Look at the down falls or negative issues in 2023 and analyze it by not repeating those mistakes in 2024 . Good and bad happens in our life to teach us a lesson. Study it and move on .
