Don’t get too many bills you can’t handle at once such as car note,insurance,rent,and other living expenses with out having a job to back it up. Start looking for your job early in the senior year .

2. Eat something that you enjoy, now don’t hurt yourself and end up in the hospital. Just indulge on that extra cupcake or treat your self to a plate of enchiladas and extra sour cream ,whatever floats your boat.

3. Just take 30 minutes to be calm and still. Just 30 minutes ,let your mind rome,you will be surprised at how much more relaxed you will become.

Outdoor adventure or inside play is good for the cat spirit. Make sure they get good healthy water too and fresh air. Check your pets environment it can have a huge impact on the nutritan they need . Keep plants that are potent away from them and harsh chemicals should never be in their litter or litter box . They have pet friendly products for cleaning and specific products made for cats. Check your cats flea powder ,carpet powder and litter powder if they are not tailored for cats then toss them out. These products can make your cat sick.
