Autumn Season Drink Recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
a good pinch ground cloves
½ whole grated nutmeg
2l apple juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
dark rum (optional)
STEP 1
Put the cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg, apple juice and vanilla extract in a large saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer.
STEP 2
When the apple juice has warmed through, add the vanilla ice cream and whisk vigorously with a balloon whisk until melted and combined with the hot apple juice – the ice cream should make a frothy top on the juice.
STEP 3
Pour a splash of dark rum into the bottom of the adults’ cups and top up with the hot punch. Garnish with Apple crisps.

You will need to plan your outfit accordingly and also check the weather before you get dressed.
When tasting wine, you first examine the color, purity, and strength of the liquid. You may smell the scent of the wine by swirling it in your glass; when you inhale, you’ll be able to distinguish flavors like fruits, florals, spices, and oak from the vendor. The wine then coats your palate as you take a sip,sexy right. This activity is a great conversation starter.
Don’t over drink at the tasting 😕 nobody wants to see or be the drunk at a sophisticated event, especially on a first date.
In the end, you spit the wine out or swallow it, depending on how many wines you are tasting.

That way, you can form an opinion about the wine without overdoing it. Remember, too, if you are the designated driver, you will be spitting out pretty much all your wine. So don’t be afraid to make preparations for a car service on this fun night.
Never go to a winery on an empty stomach. You may plan on spitting out some of your wine, but it’s likely you’ll end up drinking more than you realize, and the last thing you want to do is get drunk. And don’t drink if you’re pregnant or on medication. And please do have a meal with your date.
So, make sure you eat a large breakfast or lunch before you go. If you are visiting more than one winery during the day, feel free to pack a lunch. Wineries often have picnic areas, and you may even be able to do your wine tasting there with your date. Vineyard picnics are beautiful and romantic. They carry a beautiful vibe.
While you can bring your own food, don’t eat your lunch with wine from another winery. Obviously, that wouldn’t go over well with some venues,so do some researching before you plan this date.
No matter what you do with your date, enjoy the experience with each other.

As an NLP Coach and stylist I suggest you pray and ask forgiveness for the wrong you have done,and forgive those who have wronged you. Don’t carry that burden in your mind and soul. Relax for tonight and prepare your mental health for tomorrow.

The next step is to plan your day. Write down your important life tasks for the next day. Being organized can prevent stress and burn outs.
Pick out your clothes and meal prep for the week. And don’t stress out if you have to go off your plans, just realize life happens to us all.
Eat healthy and exercise. Making some better decisions will bring positive thoughts and results.
And pray 🙏 and say positive affirmation at night before sleep,and when you wake up. A healthy soul needs a healthy host.

#1 Invite your friends and family over if it is safe,or gather them online. Invite your pets ,lets be creative.
#2 Prepare or order safe festive food.
3. Get some music going,move that body. Even online.
You can dance with your pets,or friends,or even by yourself. Just be safe.
Make sure you move furniture out of the way.

A in class stands for accessibility. What do you have access to, can you meet with the President or can you meet with the mayor? It’s your determination that will bring you there.
S stands for standards, what standards do you hold? Standards only go as high as what you will tolerate. Morality is a question for us all to answer.
S stands for solidarity. Are you a solid person in your beliefs or do you flake on your standards and follow the crowd. Leaders with class keep there solidarity no matter what is thrown there way.

Women between the ages of 18-25 are 60% more likely to limit there success more than men. Women between the ages of 25-45 are 70% more likely to limit there success more than men .
WHY!? Researchers say its because of financial reasons , education and skills and life circumstances that cause women to limit there suceccss.
Women between the ages of 18-25 often go threw a research phase in there education ,meaning during this age period women often experiment in there careers and education.This is the stage of life when we question ourselves is this the right degree,or we began to change our mind in the career place and discover new hobbies,talents and skills and we began new adventures in the professional world and we can sometimes gain opportunities or loose them. This is normal because its our developmental phase and we all go threw it. The bad thing is if you bounce around to much lets say every 1yr or 6months you may limit yourself on the valuable skills you can learn if you stay at a minimum of 2yrs.
As a woman we all are guilty of putting others before us family and friends,always taking care of others needs. When we do this and not put our career first we often get passed over for management positions and promotions.
All age groups get affected by life circumstances. Forinstance getting married,having kids or having to deal with health issues. More than 78% of us make excuses and then life and age passes us over and opportunities that were once there are no longer available.
Many of us get hit with the financial issue and burdens of life. When you don’t have enough income to take training courses,finishing your degree or having the opportunity to go to college or secondary school. College is expensive and many women can’t afford it and we often get over looked for certain positions or opportunities because we lack the funds to skill our needs to advance in the work place.
My advice to everyone is take your opportunities at any age. Make a goal plan and a vision board and pray. Take a risk because you may be dead or too old ,you may regret it if you don’t. We all can’t go to ivey league college but there are cheap skill advancement programs all over and places that offer on the job training and education. There are alternative schools and free education communities. Get a mentor and learn. Educate yourself online,read books,go to the library and take advantage of government programs. And once again pray. Don’t limit your success for anyone GOD has a plan for all of us ask GOD for the instructions.
