It is best suggested that when you lie down in bed at night you should ask yourself, “What do I need to do first tomorrow morning?

As an NLP Coach and stylist I suggest you pray and ask forgiveness for the wrong you have done,and forgive those who have wronged you. Don’t carry that burden in your mind and soul. Relax for tonight and prepare your mental health for tomorrow.

Forgiveness is a mental health treatment. Did you know you can get a forgiveness coach. Some steps do take time,get a coach to have your back.

The next step is to  plan your day. Write down your important life tasks for the next day. Being organized can prevent stress and burn outs.

Pick out your clothes and meal prep for the week. And don’t stress out if you have to go off your plans, just realize life happens to us all.

Eat healthy and exercise. Making some better decisions will bring positive thoughts and results.

And pray 🙏 and say positive affirmation at night before sleep,and when you wake up. A healthy soul needs a healthy host.
