As many of us start our families working from home becomes more popular .But for some of us who do work at home we still need to do video chats,or meet face to face with clients. Because this requirement may be a part of our work life we want to have a wardrobe that complements being comfortable at home and being dressed to meet clients during the day. Hair can become dry and brittle in the winter due to the cold weather ,rain ,and wind. To restore your hair’s moisture, apply a generous amount of coconut oil to your hair before bed. Wrap hair in a plastic bag. The vitamin E contained in this oil helps to nourish the hair from the inside out, rebuilding the protein to make the hair strands stronger .

How Healthy Are Your Teeth?

Healthy gums should look pink and firm, not red and swollen. To keep gums healthy, practice good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, floss at least once a day, rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash once or twice a day, see your dentist regularly, and avoid smoking or chewing tobacco. When it comes to your mouth’s health, it’s not all about how straight your teeth are or how white your smile is.

Many people forget about their gums. Even if you’re mouth is cavity-free is doesn’t mean you’re mouth is immune to gum disease. Since a majority of the time, it’s usually painless and most of us have no idea that anything is wrong with our gums the disease goes undetected until you need a root canal or filling.

Always, always Brush your teeth after every meal. This really helps remove the food and plaque trapped between your teeth and gums. And as a patient who has a dental instrument stuck in her mouth from a bad root canal job, please floss as much as you can. Flossing your teeth is a great protection against cavities.

Scrub your tongue- I am guilty of not doing this one as much as I should. Our tongue hosts tons of bacteria. Use a toothbrush that has soft bristles and that fits in your mouth comfortably.

Some people consider a battery-powered or electric toothbrush it is your priority. These brushes can help reduce gingivitis and plaque more than manual brushing. Replace your toothbrushes or toothbrush heads every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles start to fray. So How Healthy Are Your Teeth?

People in the technology industry should be setting the best example when it comes to gender equality. The technology fields are growing strong, but the lack of diversity is not.

The tech industry by its very nature is progressive and innovative, women in the tech industry are slowly progressing in the industry. The field of information technology (IT) continues to grow, which is exciting news for employees who are trained in specific computer-related fields. The median salary for an IT professional in 2015 was more than $81,000, compared to the average job salary of $36,200. Women in the technology industry what’s even better is that many jobs in this field can be performed with an associate’s degree or after the successful completion of a certificate program, training certification, or a tech mentor program which Google has for coders and developers.

Women if you have a skill and interest for computers and want to start making good money, this is the field to be in.

The changing face of IT is part of the reason for the increase in jobs and the boom for more women to enter. Minority women should take a strong interest in this field because there are tons of opportunities.  As more companies migrate to cloud-based systems as opposed to network servers, the need for professionals who are well-versed in cloud technology is growing around the world every day. Although job growth in IT  field isn’t what it was a few years ago, the demand for qualified employees in the computer-based fields is still expected to grow at least twice as fast as more than your popular traditional careers.

A few years ago, the big career information technology demand was for Web-based employees. As more nontechnical staff members have become comfortable with handling the daily task of maintaining and updating web pages, the need for an employee who is solely dedicated to Web-based needs has decreased slightly in some industries, but graphics and computer-aided software has grown. There is also a need for cybersecurity and software engineers as apps become more popular and hackers in the world grow to steal our information.
